As first time parents we are so grateful to have quick and easy access to all things pre-and post-natal. We had professional growth scans, during the pandemic when trying to avoid the hospital; support with breastfeeding, baby first aid and massage classes too. Emma & Matt. There are other services we are likely to make use of and all of them are in the middle of the high street which makes timing easy (as easy as it can be with little ones!).
It’s a one-stop-shop for wellness before you’re even pregnant and well beyond.
My birth was not as straightforward as we’d hoped but using the breathing and massage techniques and scripts helped us through. I was able to labour without pain relief and my husband was able to participate by taking me through scripts and doing some massage. It helped us both to stay calm and to communicate with each other when we had important medical decisions to make.
Several months post-partum I am still using the mp3 files to help me to relax and sleep.
The KGHypnobirthing course was a really great run up to birth and gave us a nice point in each busy week to focus on our pregnancy journey and to look forward to our baby's arrival.
We planned on a natural birth and really wanted to manage without drugs. We both believe that language is a really powerful tool, so hypnobirthing was an obvious choice for us.
We found Cathy’s approach calming and welcoming. The content of the KGHypnobirthing course was comprehensive without being overwhelming, and the tools (book, scripts and mp3 files) really helped us prepare for birth - we learned what to expect and what might help us to stay relaxed.
